Error 202 won't let me upgrade

Hi, im trying to upgrade BC to WOTLK with the online upgrade but when ienter all my credit card info an error (Error 202) appears, any sugestions?

PS: im kinda worried cause i tried several times...will i get several charges blizz??

You may find several pending charges, which depending on the rules of your financial institution may take a few days to disappear. Not actually charges, although those funds may be set aside.

202 is often a browser issue, not always - but often.

The one thing I can recommend is clearing your cookies, cache and temp files - or trying another browser. Note: Our website is known to not want to play nicely at times with Safari and Chrome. I'd avoid those two if possible.

If that doesn't seem to help, you can also give Billing a call in the morning.

Ahhh, if Billing recommended a box copy, that's probably the way to go then.

There are all kinds of online safeguards when it comes to internet transactions. Sounds like for some reason, yours just is not wanting to go through.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience. On the plus side, having the hard disks does make it a tad easier if you ever need to reinstall :)
