You may just be having bad luck, Ãllara, those are the last quests you need since you completed the other two locations. Keep at it, you'll find it eventually.
One note though, make sure you are not in a raid group while you are hunting.

There is still the first part of the quest for that area, Syd, you have to find the beacon that drops off of random mobs in that zone. You have yet to do that for Tanaris.
Daisaria, you've completed the quests in Tanaris and Ferals.

Aelas has found and turned in the beacons in the Hinterlands and Tanaris but only completed the escort of the OOX for Tanaris so far.

On this character, Comeback? I don't see that you have done any of them yet.
Opt, you have found and turned in the beacon in the Hinterlands and Feralas abut only completed the escort of the OOX in Feralas.

Biggyt – You are correct, Tanaris is the only one completed so far on this character.
Deniell – You are also correct, Hinterlands is the only one lacking on this character.
Juiced – I’m not seeing any done on this character yet. If you don’t have the beacons in storage, you’ll need to start by finding those.
Khauk – If you know the exact quest name, we can often look a specific quest – or quest line up for you. This is especially true with the older ones.
Werkkumpleet – Hinterlands and Tanaris are complete. Feralas, you need to head back and do the final escort of the chicken home. Then you truly will have Work Complete!
Miameiko – All this character is lacking of the three is Feralas.
Youcantcme – Tanaris is complete, I don’t see the other two on this character yet.
Antiquus, Tragik, Grarik and Rasmil – Congratulations on completing this chain and your new chicken!
Gunshot – Feralas, you need to return to the chicken and finish the actual escort. Not seeing Hinterlands or Tanaris on this character.
Iorakian – Hinterlands and Tanaris are complete. You still need Feralas.

That would be because you've already completed An OOX of Your Own, Saranthryr.
They aren't going to drop again :)
If you would like to inquire as to the possibilities of having this restored, a Game Master would be happy to look into that for you from an in-game petition.

Deathskiss hasn't started the quest line. Kitani has completed the quests in Tanaris and Feralas so far.
Kayaman, you haven't started this quest line either.
Hottboxx, if you failed the escort you'll need to abandon that quest and return to the OOX to pick it up again.
Alphz, you haven't started this quest line.

wouldn't one think by now that the entire WoW community would have sent suggestions along this line to the powers that be? a log of completed quests would prove to be so beneficial and reduce vast amounts of time for gm's to research ... I'm one of those ppl who make more toons than I know what to do with and only 2 have the OOX chicken thus far ... a completed log would most certainly be a godsend and reduce the rapid aging process profusely!
Regardless of how many people submit a suggestion, Wuulf, if our Developers decide to implement such a feature, it still takes time to develop. This can take months, in some cases many many months. :) If you wish to express to our Development Team that such a feature would be useful to you and that it should be introduced as quickly as possible please post in our Suggestion Forums where they can review your post.

With patch 3.3.0 our Developers implemented a way for players to obtain this information themselves. We were able to provide the information because it simply was not obtainable any other way.
Several addons creators have incorporated this command within their addons and are available for use. Though I am unable to recommend a specific one you should be able to find some advice in the UI & Macro forum.
Another player provided a command that you can use that should give you some information on the quest line. The command is as follows.
