I spoke with one of our Technical Support reps to see if they were getting other reports of the issue; neither of us have seen an influx of reports.
I'd recommend giving them a call and see if there is something they can sort out for you.
I'm not sure what needs to be done.
There are plenty of people logging in just fine. =/
