Memory could not be read, please help!

Blizzard Post
Whenever I try to log into this account (fully upgraded to Cataclysm too mind you), right after successfully logging me in it crashes and I get this error:

This application has encountered a cricital error:

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:00A0c22D

The instruction at 0x00A0C22D" referenced memory at "0x00000001".
The memory could not be "read".

Press OK to terminate the application.

However, it only crashes when I try to log on to this account specifically. I tried with a trial account, and it will let me log in and start playing.

Here's the DxDiag info:

Devyn,

You didn't post the whole log but "The instruction at 0x00A0C22D" referenced memory at "0x00000001"" is what we've seen happen if you have a recent keylogger going around.

Open your task manager and see if there's a process for "msnmsgr" running. If it's there, kill it.

You'll then need to navigate to your program Files\Common Files folder and look for theses 3 files and remove them if they're there.

msnmsgr.exe
ur.dll
c.reg

This is likely to be a keylogger so you'll want to scan your system thoroughly and change the passwords for any accounts you've logged in with lately and not just Wow accounts.

I've also seen it caused by the Curse Client application. If you happen to use that, try uninstalling it and then rebooting the computer and testing it again.

Your video drivers could use updating as well.
