Stonecore Entrance Portal Disappears

When I go to enter Stonecore the portal and meeting stone disappear. I can't return to instances after I've died let alone when I'm alive. I checked and it's not my addons. Help would be appreciated and loved.

It sounds like your character is phased. If you're currently in the middle of any quests involving the Temple at the middle of Deepholm, I'd recommend trying to complete a few of those quests and then try the portal to Stonecore again.
