Upgrade to the full version of WoW problems

I upgrade to the full version of WoW wrath of the Lich King today online from a 10 day free trial . they said the level restriction was lifted , so the full version was supose to download by it's self while i play the game , but something happen and i had to shut down my PC ,but Later when i log back to the game i was surprise to see i was by myself no one was in it ! no guards no animals no players anyone ! .later i found a cow try to attack it but it said it was" too far away" in red, even thou i was right next to it , i'm confused do i need to download something else? i'm downloading wow wrath of the Lich king again and is takin 4 ever ...or do i simply need to wait for the 72 hours restriction ..please help

Honestly?

That sounds more like a latency/lag issue more than anything else, Achin.

Considering you're downloading the full version, it is possible that your internet connection is getting bogged down and as such causing what sounds like very high latency for you.

I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support department for assistance in alleviating that issue. =)
