* Arms
o Blood Frenzy improved to 2/4% increased damage.
o Deep Wounds: The damage done by this talent no longer receives modifications from effects that increase or decrease damage done by a percentage. The base weapon damage used in the calculation will still be modified by those effects.
o Improved Intercept and Weapon Mastery have once again swapped places in the talent tree.
o New Talent: Juggernaut: Grants the warrior the ability to Charge while in combat.
o Taste for Blood: Will now proc 33/66/100% of the time with a 6-second cooldown.
o Unrelenting Assault: Now also increases the damage of Overpower and Revenge by 10/20%, and causes Overpower (when used to attack a casting target) to decrease the effectiveness of all the target’s non-physical damage and healing by 25/50% for 6 seconds. Tooltip and visual updated.[

As much as I would love this, its not balanced, especially on a class with MS, unless it somehow doesn't work with mortal strike. These are nice changes, and definitely going in the right direction, but I don't want to be overpowered and this smacks of that.

I'd love a comment, but I know we can't always get one. I'm really dying for buffs to my class, and I hate to sound like I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth, but this has me worried. Again, right direction, warriors definitely need more clutch/well timed utility to increase the difficulty of the class in PvP, but this might be the wrong destination.

Also, I think this ability might be balanced in that you have to hit the target WHILE they're casting, kinda like an interrupt. Only, instead of canceling the full spell's effect, it halves it instead. I don't see how that isn't balanced.

I kinda think of it as blizz giving Arms it's own brand of interrupt :D

This was basically where we were coming from. It sounds powerful, until you compare it to Pummel which stops all casting from that school and is off the GCD. Priests and druids have some instant heals which can work around the threat of the Overpower. Getting the bleeds off can also help.

As with Shattering Throw, this is a new mechanic and we're going to have to monitor it closely to see how things develop. If the duration is too long or internal cooldown too short, that's the kind of thing we can adjust in a hotfix. Similarly, we can always buff as needed.
