So you'll use vehicles in Uldar?

I say 'you', because I plan to skip it if that's the case. I picked a class for a reason and that reason wasn't to sit on a vehicle and spam the breathe fire button all day long. Vehicles are fine for the random quest and novelty of doing something different from time to time, but I picked my class based on what I enjoy playing, and raiding something weekly just doesn't sound fun.

Here's hoping it's limited, or at minimum 3.2 comes out with a new dungeon quickly after.
