has anybody got this one?

My best time is like 2:30 but i cannot seem to shave off that last 30 seconds to get the achievement.

Any hints/thoughts?

I did this early in the day when nobody else was around. I just kept trying until the spawns lined up properly and didn't suddenly appear around me and kick my booty.
