Rating System

Add a rating system to all players. Have a 5 star rating system: one for Personality and one for Skill. So for example you could have a 5/5 personality and a 3/5 skill, etc. An account can only vote once on each team mate so that people don't create characters just to vote for people. When you <shift +click> someone along with their class etc. you would see their two ratings. In LFG you would also see the two ratings. This rating system will allow people know who they are about to invite and give people a bigger reason to be nice. To avoid abuse make it so that you can only rate someone if you were grouped with them.

There would still be ways to grief the system under your proposal, unfortunately. One example from the top of my head - four players from some random guild invite a pug player who is good but not up to their standards (or he was good and they just want to be cruel), and all four members down rank him on both personality and skill.

There are many ways malicious players could seek to ruin another's rating beyond this, if it were in their hands, even partially. The more grief-proof the system, the more complicated the system would have to be, which in-turn would be very time consuming for us to create, and I'm still not sure how effective it would be since one player gauging another player's personality and skill is so highly subjective.
