The Champion of Anguish. Help?

I just did the Amplitheater of Anguish quest chain.

Got to the last one, and was killed, but the group managed to kill the boss.
So i released and ran back after seeing that the quest came up as Completed. Upon returning to my Body the quest said i failed in my log, but when i select the quest, its shows the Criterea as Completed.

Any idea why, or should i just post this in the Bug Forums?

Have also submitted a ticket ingame, but i wont be online, with the wait time as it is currently.

That is indeed how the previous one in Nagrand works as well.
