Im upset due to the fact my account is being treated as a trial account although i have gone through the steps to ugrade it to retail and have purchased a subscription. Im curently trying out the new triple xp buff with my friend with raf and cannot get on my character due to the prolonged que because my account is still subject to the trial restrictions although i have upgraded. This has prolonged my plan to lvl this character and has upset me. I already have an existing account and would appreciate it if this account was recognized as a real account asap.

Davejohnsan is correct, Beelzeboul. If you processed a digital trial-to-Classic upgrade, temporary restrictions will remain until payment is verified; this process can take up to 72 hours.

In fact, the following messages were provided during the online upgrade process:

Q u o t e:
Your World of Warcraft Trial ends in <X>day(s).
If you wish to continue the epic adventure, upgrade your account below:

Trial restrictions may remain on the account for up to 72 hours.

Q u o t e:
NOTE: Most trial restrictions will be removed immediately after payment information is entered for this upgrade, but some restrictions (such as certain in-game chat privileges) will remain in place until payment verification is fully complete. This may take up to 72 hours.

These restrictions will not affect your ability to level or skill up your professions, though, as both caps were lifted upon upgrade request. :)

You've my apologies for any confusion, my friend. If you've any further questions, please let me know!
