Alright so I want to buy a heirloom item, say Preened Ironfeather Shoulders, on my 80 and give them to this druid to use to level with. Now the item is bind to account (and server I guess).. if the item is on this druid.. and I transfer the druid to a different server.. would the item stay on the druid to use on the new server it is on or would it be stuck on the server it was originally bought on?

The item transfers with the character, Xiai. You'll be able to mail the item to your other character if you transfer it to the same realm. Remember that Bind on Account items are restricted by the mail system so you can only send them to characters on the same account, that are on the same realm and of the same faction.

More information can on Bind on Account items can be found here.
