So how long does it take to get me acc back ?

Was just wondering how damn long is it going to take to get my other account restored ? Atleast change the damn email back to what it was and i will play my naked toons untill you get all my gear back .

A straight restoration right now really isn't taking that long.

Now, if there were transferred characters, if we've asked for identification to undo a lock, etc. - that adds time.

You mention the email was changed, have you called Billing yet to get that fixed? That's really the best way to handle that particular part of this issue.
