[Shaman] Enhancement

I won't post on my main, however I made a talent tree that would make us on par with everyone else on WotLK - Please take a look at every talent, most have been changed or altered. Also note that I have removed parry out of the tree, for it should have been a skill taught at level 10.

2, more surviveability, perhaps make shields more effective on enhancement shamans so that if they're being focus fired they can sacrifice their damage for greatly improved survivability.

Just to touch on this, we are keeping an eye on the escape mechanisms category, we are just trying to be careful on things that will continue to push homogenization forward. We would like to be able to balance like shaman and priests without having to make an every 30 second get away type of thing, but we will see.
