Blizzard Authenicator Problem

This is the first time I have ever had a problem with this game so I was not sure what to do.

My primary account has a Blizzard Authenicator on it. While I had family over my uncle stepped on my authenicator and it broke. I need to know what the procedure is of having that removed from the account so I can continue to play.

If your Authenticator is no longer functional, you will need to call our Billing Department to have it removed from your account. Unfortunately, they are out of the office today; however, they will be available to take your call from 8 AM PDT to 8 PM PDT Monday through Friday. Give them a ring using one of the following numbers:
