I demand a refund - Blue Tracker

I just recently spent 25$ transferring a toon to another server to buy an item for my toon, then 10,000g for the item, then 25$ to transfer a level 10 with the item back to my home server. Two days after this, the item is having a level requirement added to it.

the item was a naxxramas shoulder inscription. These have been in the game since Naxx came out, and they have been usable on "bind on equip" shoulders since their inception. Never has blizzard stated that this was a bug or unintended. So I equipped this inscription on my level 36 hunter's shoulders, and now a level requirement is being added, rendering the item completely useless.

I wasted 50$ and 10,000g on this single item, among other items which are being removed or level capped. I demand a refund or some compensation. I will be canceling my account due to these recent changes if I am not compensated.

I am sure a lot of others agree with me, especially about the changes to low level PvP.

I'm terribly sorry for any inconvenience this change may have caused -- especially considering the trouble you went through to acquire this item. With that being said, however, our Development Team has decided to make a change that several twinks may find inappropriate. I completely understand how frustrating this issue must be, and it is for that reason that I encourage you voice your suggestions on the Suggestions Forum.
