I have 2 characters with this. The not enough time argument is a bad one. If you dont have it by now, or by the time they remove it, you are not "good" enough to get it. If somehow you are 'good' enough to get it, but dont have it yet. You know they will be removing the ulduar achievement one, when the next tier of gear comes out, so do it faster.
