Emailed Blizz Support, but only got a survey.

Hi, I've emailed Blizzard support several times with a question. I've been redirected many times and/or emailed several different "departments" and every time I always receive the Blizzard tech support survey but I never get an actual response.

"Thank you for contacting the Account Administration team regarding this issue. This is an automated email to let you know that we have received your inquiry. Please do not reply to this email; a response to your message will be sent to you as soon as possible."

...and then a couple days later...

"Thank you for contacting Blizzard Entertainment Support.

We hope that the information that was provided to you was helpful in resolving your issue. Customer satisfaction is a top priority here at Blizzard Entertainment, and we would like your feedback on the level of service you have received. Your response would be very much appreciated."


But I never get an email in between with any info concerning the issue! I've rechecked countless times to make sure all Blizzard emails are on my contact list, and NOTHING is going to the "junk" or "spam" folder. I'm very frustrated with this issue and would appreciate a response from a Blue... please!

I see. The survey you received was automatically sent to your registered e-mail address as a result of the response given by the Account Administration Department; this survey was not sent to illustrate that this issue had been resolved.

Our Community Team addresses the e-mails sent (or redirected) to [email protected]. I am unable to guarantee a response; however, I encourage your to continue e-mailing this e-mail address if you would still like to dispute the forum ban.
