Account hacked, Everything Deleted

i have already made a post about this some time ago.

just recently "yesterday" my account was hacked by some unknown user and every thing i have was deleted. All my character's (4 level 70's & 1 level 80) are no gone/deleted thnx to some freak with no life who hacked my account.

i already went threw the step's of regain'n my account I.E change password and all personaly info etc... inculeding a In-game penition with a "Gm", he told me that yes he will foward the info to some team of people who will work on restoring my characters, but i have not heared of anything from the past day that anything is being done.

i just want to know if anything is going to be done about this =( im very sad about what happened and now im getting extremely upset about the problem,

plz blizz i just want my characters back plz!

P.S for some reason i can still post on my main which was deleted among the rest of my toon's

would it be possible to get a response by a blue to confirm my petition is escalated or what not.

i would like to know that something is being done to restore my characters, i feel as if I'm completely in the dark.

This is indeed in queue with our specialists.

In the meantime, I strongly recommend you do a complete security sweep of your system, as well as change your email password once you are certain your system is secure.
