Seems like the programming effort to make Nef shout at DKs would be just as much as it would be to recolor and restat a set and slap it in his loot table?

The programming effort to add in that flavor text is minimal. The art assets to create a new tier set that virtually no one needs would take much more effort. We'd rather focus more on moving forward, rather than providing a set that would be for a very small niche audience.
You were expecting a cliff notes fix anyway, no? :p
