Exploring opposing faction cities

For my new DK I decided to do the exploration achievements in the old world prior to doing any serious leveling. Being Alliance, the only problem I've had is with Orgimmar and Silvermoon City. Short of crashing the gates and dying, I haven't found a spot yet where either are "discovered". Has anyone found the same and can offer me any suggestions other than dash 'n die (which may be the only viable option). Thanks.

Hit the defense cap so you can't get dazed, then it's dash and keep on dashing until you get it discovered then run out.

So in your (mage) case, send tank in first, they pick up guards, you enjoy the stroll behind them and hope no opposing faction players jump in with CC. :)
