I've been doing the daily cooking quest in Shattrath for 2 months, and the recipe for Broiled Bloodfin WILL NOT drop. This is the only thing keeping me from having the title Chef. I just don't understand how something "random" hasn't shown itself in 2 months. That's not very random.

If you have been selecting barrel of fish for 2 months and not gotten the Broiled Bloodfin recipe, that is some terrible terrible luck.

The Delicious Chocolate Cake recipe is more rare for sure, but it can drop out of either crate or even the Dalaran cooking daily.
