Cd-key steal?!

my dad baugh the WOTLK in usa (i live in brazil) then when i tryed to upgrade it sayd that the cd-key have already been used. first of all i dont share my acount whit anyone. i have just this acount and i want to play whit mine DK (i was in WOTLK trial). its possible that some one stealed my cd-key? what i do?

The first thing you should do is have your father contact the place where the game was purchased, Goodtoast. Tell them what has occurred and request another copy of the game; if they are unable to oblige, give our Billing Department a call using one of the following numbers:
