Black temple and patch 2.4

hey guys! im just wondering something. 2 days ago i tried to enter black temple to i can check it out and plan for a guild raid there. it would not allow me entrance at all. i know as of patch 2.4 all "attunements" were removed from the game, but i wonder if entrance items are still needed. there is a ridiculously long quest chain that ends with the player given an amulet that allows entrance, but that item was the "attunement" to Black Temple. is that item still needed today or am i doing something wrong?

i tried to enter via front door and i couldnt interact with it nor could i fly anywhere above or around BT at all.

can anyone please shed some light on my problem?

If you are checking the correct spot, Zeerek, make sure you are in a Raid Group. You will not be able to enter the instance while you are solo. I don't believe there is message indicating that you need to be in a raid group, which can cause a little confusion.
