Q u o t e:
Our plan is to allow warriors (probably druids too) to generate rage when being hit while protected by an absorption shield AND also while hitting a target with an absorption shield.

We think we can get this in, but I am reluctant to use the word "promise" ever.

Absorption effects are the only way to counter a fury warriors damage right now...

This is a buff to warriors versus priests.

However, warriors also received a pretty hefty nerf versus priests that not many players are talking about. Specifically, you will no longer be at zero armor in PvP situations.

wow... cuz priests have liek so much armors already.

I would suggest paying a little more attention to the role that armor and armor removal play in PvP. Most players treat it a little more seriously than you seem to be.

Warriors say priests are invulnerable and priests say warriors one shot them. We get that. But here were two cases that we felt were extreme. Shields could not only prevent damage but deny the warrior a resource. Sunder Armor was far more effective against lightly armored targets than heavily armored ones.
