Recruit a friend bonus not working

I'm leveling with my vet player in hammerfall and i'm not getting the bonus. he's not doing the quests but he is in share range (30. i'm 33). He is in party. Everything else seems okay.. The only thing is he's in party on another character to help me with the quest, then he logs to his lvl 30 char to benefit with the triple exp, but it's not working any more.

Is this a glitch or what is happening?
I'd really appreciate the help please and thank you.

For clarity: Your and your linked veteran character are partied and within 100 yards of one another while the quests in question are being completed? And you, specifically, are not receiving the triple experienced (as your veteran question does not appear to be on the quests in question, he/she wouldn't be eligible for any experience upon completion)?

If so, may ask if the quests in question are green to you presently? I ask as, if they are, they may be marked as "Low Level" or show up as gray in difficulty to your linked veteran, a fact would cause neither you nor your linked veteran to qualify for triple experience.

Also, what does your Combat Log entry say upon completion? You may not wish to trust any scrolling combat text, as, at times, what's displayed won't account for added bonuses.

This chat display was within the General tab and not within your Combat Log, Darkevil?

There may be an issue with this data translating to another tab. I'd like to rule that out if at all possible. :)

The next time you complete a quest, Darkevil, and decide to employ similar a method (that of having your linked veteran character log in just as you turn in), check your Combat Log and note for me what's included therein.
