Do Not Accept Terms of Agreement

I do not accept the terms of World of Warcraft, by Blizzard. Blizzard may purchase all of my original disks for the game. If Blizzard does not respond then it will be an acceptance by them that I do not agree to the terms, and I may do whatever I chose with the disks and programs on them, including reverse engineering.

Should Blizzard decide to redeem the disk, they may pay me what I paid for the programs, plus shipping and handling.

If Blizzard does not respond within 3 business days, then I assume that they agree to this agreement.

If you did not agree with the Terms of Use you should not have not accepted, or chosen to reject the agreement within thirty days at which point you could've requested a refund.

"YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING WORLD OF WARCRAFT TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (THE "TERMS OF USE" OR "AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST CLICK "REJECT." IF YOU REJECT THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER FIRST PURCHASING A LICENSE TO THE WORLD OF WARCRAFT SOFTWARE, YOU MAY CALL (800)757-7707 TO REQUEST A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. ONCE YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE AND THE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND."

Incidentally, Eyonix...while you're here.

I know of several gaming companies that automatically ban anyone who threatens legal action, as soon as they mention their intention to do so to a staff member. The staff members are not allowed under their NDA's to discuss legal actions, and must escalate the case to the legal team immediately (the cover your staff's arse clause).

A sensible precaution, from the Legal team's point of view is to get them out of your game as quickly as possible while the pending legal action (if any) takes place.

Does Blizzard have a similar policy? Are you going to oblige the OP in a similar manner?

I think you confuse this topic with what you're discussing.
