New blade barier

as a stable damage reduction talent,i think the new blade barrier need a longer duration. The current 10s duration means dk tanks have to use their blood runes almost as soon as every blood rune refreshes to keep the buff,that is impossible in any fight, and will make this talent unreliable at all

A few of you are munging together a couple of different issues here. Is the problem A or B?

A) The new Blade Barrier now feels weak (probably because the old one was overpowered).

B) The new Blade Barrier is hard to proc because of the cooldown for Vampiric Blood.
