Given that there are some significant changes being made to the talent trees, this is likely, however, I don't have a final decision on this to share with you at this point in time. Once we know a bit more, we'll be sure to share that information with everyone and it will also be documented in the Patch Notes.

Edit: that wasn't totally clear, but..
With the advent of wholly new talent trees when 3.0 came out, i was hoping that my 50g fee would be wiped back down to 0g. I've got a lot of experimenting to do, you see.
Now that it's going to be done again, and I'm still at 50g, I was wondering, can you reset our fees back to 0g as if we'd never respecced before? That would allow some inexpensive experimenting to familiarize myself with the new talents.
It'd be a very welcome boon, and much appreciated.
I can ask, though I doubt that this will be done. That said, within the User Interface, there is an advanced option that will allow you to preview your talent choices before you lock then in, so while you won't be able to play/experiment with talents, you can certainly preview them prior to spending your talent points.
