Lets take away dwarfs racial because dwarf priest were to strong because of it but lets give shamans the ability to dispel which is something every shaman wishes they have, which will make them insanely OP. Even if it just dispels one poly, think of warrior shaman that would start the DR on poly which is game breaking. Just keep dwarfs the way they are and nerf human racials. Make it equivalent to orcs because double trinket is obviously too strong look at the TR ladder.
