Emblem Shoudlers - Blue Tracker

Ive bought 3 pairs of the emblem shoulders for my alts, but i also put the 30stam enchant on all of them to help level. I heard yesterday, that all shoulders with this enchant will require level 70, doesnt that kinda defeat the purpose of having them be "Leveling" shoulders?

If they do become un-useable till lvl 70, is there a way that we can remove the enchant so we can still use the shoulders? I spent 40 emblems on em, i think i should still be able to use em, with or without the enchant

Can't really reply constructively to something that isn't listed in the PTR patch notes and I haven't heard about. It's always possible though that a change happened that I missed, so I'm looking for a source first and then I can try to track down reasoning/etc. Also by requesting a source it shows that I am interested in the topic, but need further information.

In the end I didn't see a reason to type out everything I said in this post when all of it can be summed up with "source?". :)
