Patch Dates

I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this.

I am trying to find out if there is a page on the WOW site that says when a patch is expected to be applied. I can understand if one does not exist (people being mad when it doesn't happen on schedule), but from a customer service point of view for planning a character it would be nice to know when a change will take effect. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look for this kind of info?

We don't normally state a date on when a patch will be released given that sometimes the dates are changed necessarily to allow for additional testing or bug fixes.
