Are the developers rethinking Savage Defense?

There have been three or so patches to the Public Test Realm, counting the one that went up a few hours ago today (3/3). This patch still does not contain Savage Defense, the new Druid "paw block" skill that is supposedly going to help us scale a bit more with gear.

I am just wondering if this is not so much something that has been forgotten (I don't believe that's the case) but something that is in the process of being reconsidered and possibly re-evaluated, which is why it has yet to actually appear in a testable format.

Sorry that it hasn't been available for testing yet. We haven't changed the design. In fact, all of the recent discussions on who can tank what boss have reinforced our belief that the change is a good idea.

We had a couple of dumb bugs with getting the ability on the trainer. Hopefully next patch build or so. We realize it is prohibiting your ability to provide feedback.
