Can we buff water/tea or struddle?

Raid buffed, I'm at a 27.7K mana pool. When I drink it takes 2 waters to replenish even while I'm getting my current max OO5SR.

Considering I'll be drinking more often and my OO5SR nerf won't help drinking time a as much, can we please get a buff on water to keep raids moving along?

We will likely buff the struddle. (Sorry, couldn't resist.)

We might not end up buffing the PvP water since that has different balance implications, but we'll see.
