3.1 - Chaos Bolt FAILURE

Needs Earlier Boosts In Talent Tree - ex. Rename Imp Searing Pain and APPLY it to Chaos Bolt as well.

MUST Have Boosted UTILITY - ex. Should Refresh DoTs. Mainly Immolate.

NOT 51 POINT ABILITY - ex. Conflagrate, Pyroblast, Shadowburn, Mortalstrike, etc.
Perhaps, converting the imps fireball to a scaled down version of Chaosbolt would provide, more.
Perhaps An AoE impact, that's random...Applies Seed Or Procs Hellfire centered on target Or procs Shadowflame centered on target.

Currently FAILS as the Destruction Warlock's Defining Talent.

Please Fix.

We can take another look at Chaos Bolt damage. Long cooldown, channeled nukes can afford to do reasonable damage. I wouldn't expect us to double it or anything.
