I'm logged in now on my girlfriends account so I can post this (She is sitting here now with me).

I logged into WoW today and went onto one of my banker toons. I went to the mail then to the auction house in stormwind. When I right clicked onto the auctioneer, my toon was teleported to right outside the AH. Not sure what happened. Thinking the game lagged or something I ran back in and right clicked the auctioneer again and the same thing happened again. Instantly teleported to right outside the AH.

Confused I was wondering if some other player or GM moved me for some reason although not sure how that would happen. So I went back to the AH and this time went to a different auctioneer and used the Auctioneer addon to scan the AH. I just downloaded the new version 5.3 released 20 hours ago in doing so.

When the scan finished the loading screen came up and my toon was teleported yet again to the Stormwind Harbor. After about 20 seconds I was moved yet again to right outside the AH again.

Thinking some GM must be messing with my toon for some reason I logged out then back in again. I went to the AH, mail, bank and AH again. After posting 3 or 4 new auctions I was disconnected from the server. When I tried to log back in again it said my account had been closed and was banned. It referred me to your website for more information.

What is going on here??????

Q u o t e:
Doesn't Blizzard have someone I can call and talk to live about this?

Quite simply, no.

Only our Account Administration department will be able to assist you with this matter, and they work exclusively through e-mail. Unfortunately, I'll be unable to provide any specific information regarding the matter because the account in question, and the account you are posting on are not registered to the same person.

Q u o t e:
You just plain and simply do not close someones account after 3+ years of service without warrant!

First, there obviously was a reason why the account was closed. Second (as much as I loathe to point it out):
Q u o t e:
Account Suspension/Deletion.
BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most account suspensions, terminations and/or deletions are the result of violations of this Terms of Use or the EULA.

Q u o t e:
What is the telephone number to a supervisor up there I can talk to about this? And please don't tell me that department doesn't have telephones either.

As I mentioned previously, our Account Administration department addresses issues solely through E-Mail. You do not need to speak to a member of their staff over the phone; these issues are investigated thoroughly and you will be informed of the outcome of the situation. It would appear that you were informed that the actions were upheld.

Q u o t e:
I am going to be calling corporate tomorrow morning and talking to Michael Griffith himself if I can't get someone up there to discuss this with me directly. This is not acceptable customer service.
You have my sincere apologies, Kalimage, but unfortunately raising this issue to a member of the executive staff of Activision Blizzard is not likely to prove worthwhile to you. I'd recommend reviewing our policies should you have an issue with what has transpired.

Specifically:
Q u o t e:
Prohibited Software (Botting, Speed/Teleport Hacks, Data Mining, Software Hacking)

World of Warcraft is a persistent online role-playing world where the actions of each player can have a far-reaching effect on numerous other players, whether directly or indirectly. The game is designed to be run by itself, with no supporting software. Any effort to alter or "hack" World of Warcraft will not be tolerated. Any software which allows a player to circumvent the intended use of the game is not permitted. CONSEQUENCES: Any evidence uncovered by Support investigations that the account has been involved in the exploitation of World of Warcraft by running software at the same time as World of Warcraft that enables any of the following behavior may result in immediate account closure, whether or not any of the software's features are actually used on, with, or against the World of Warcraft software:

* Botting (automated gameplay, whether or not a human is present at the computer).
* Speed/teleport hacking (character movement speeds greater than those achievable through normal in-game means, including teleportation that is not the direct and unmodified result of an in-game spell, ability or effect).
* Data mining (gathering of information that is not normally available through the in-game user and/or scripting interfaces).
* Software hacking (manipulating the World of Warcraft client and/or server software or the communication between them in any way).
