Why Did Reflective Shield Get Removed?

There is a good chance we will just keep this spell. The jury is still out.

As I am sure most of you know, the original intent was to let you gain the functionality on any target. When we had to limit it to the priest for technical reasons (that is to say the tech didn't exist to cast it on others) then we became less enamored with the spell, as did many of you.

However it turns out there are plenty of players who still like Reflective Shield exactly as it is, so it may get a stay of execution.
