You have entered too many instances recently

While waiting for friends to arrive I was going in and out of an instance and pickpocketing to pass the time. Then after a few times I couldnt get back in the instance, and I got a message saying "you have entered too many instances lately". How long does this last?

Five instances per hour is the current limit. Please note that this is per account. :)
