Why allow transfers to realms w/ queues?

i'd like to know why, customer service, when we're experiencing queues on sargeras every nite, people are able to transfer there???

** please do not move this post to "suggestions" again - i am not suggesting that you allow transfers to servers that are already experiencing queues. that would be stupid.

Paid transfers are enabled/disabled automatically. If the realm hits a certain maximum population and queue consistently over a given period of time, transfers to that realm will automatically be disabled. They will be re-enabled once the maximum population drops to an acceptable level for a given period of time.

The automated thresholds are tried and true to prevent destination realms consistently experiencing queues from receiving paid transfers.
