I need to know if Borean Tundra natives that do the quest can still ring the gong for the correct reward

Theres multiple 15 page threads and a capped thread all stupid flame wars

I have farmed 2000 of the needed 17000 drops to start the quest, is this all for nothing?

I know GM convo SS are not a great source of info but this one has some things that scare me

PLEASE take a moment to come to the BT realm forums and post the following information

Is it the intention of blizzard to not allow anyone to get the mount/title on BT? yes or no

We KNOW the war effort will auto complete. please release the details of this part of the event as it has been removed and you could stop A LOT of fighting

was azuremist eu the straw that broke the camels back and what caused this to be removed finally? yes or no

PLEASE provide the answer to at least the first question. I dont want to farm 15000 more drops to find out i cant get the reward.

I believe that I already have a solid answer to provide you regarding how the gates on Borean Tundra will be handled; however, I'm going to double and triple check with a few sources before providing any more information. As such, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

You are welcome to report a multiple times; however, the affect will be minimal. Essentially, doing so will allow you to provide more information, but will likely not expedite the moderation process.

I removed the screen shots from your original post. Generally speaking, you will want to avoid posting a conversation with a Game Master on the forums.

Thank you all for remaining patient as we gathered information regarding this issue.

It is our intention to allow the players of Borean Tundra to complete the ongoing war effort and take part in the opening of the Gates of Ahn’Qiraj. Should the gates remain closed as the 90 day transfer lockout period comes to an end, we will reevaluate this issue with the best interest of our players in mind. More information regarding this will be provided as the day draws near.
