So Ulduar is supposed to be the cure all?

A raid instance is supposed to be the cure for wotlk boredom? How about fixing arena or rated battlegrounds? Fix pvp instead of more junk for no life raiders.

Our primary goal is not to cure your boredom. Our goal is to provide some fun content. It's time for the next tier of raiding progression to come out, we're making it happen, and it's going to be fun.

If that doesn't satiate, there are scores of additional features currently in development.

A lot of PvP features and content are in the works right now. Ulduar will hit first though.

As far as accusing other people who play this game for different reasons than you of having no life goes... well, it's all relative. Don't give yourself too much credit for recognizing that there's some human thought behind the pixels you're fighting. :p

Please please please make Ulduar so ridiculously hard that not even the best raiders can complete it. I want all these people who have been whining about the game being too easy to start screaming "Nerf this encounter/this boss/this wing/this raid". The tears would be sweeter than honey and richer than a diamond mine wrapped inside in a platinum mine. It would be Blizz's ultimate sucker punch.

I think we should make Ulduar exceptionally easy, with the only catch being: if you die, your character is deleted.

Yeah, funny. Want to meet in the middle and bring in experience loss as long as you are feeling so hardcore today? Because alot of us played EQ and would LOVE to see a true cost to death come into play in this game.

I mean, as long as you are bringing it up and all.

The poster you responded to had a valid statement and a reason to make it. You had guilds clear all of the level 80 content in WOTLK within a week of releasing the bloody expansion.

Do you know how far off the pace of raid progression that was seen in the original WOW that is? It took a long time to progress through raid content in the past, and you guys really DID mess up WOTLK raid content and 20+ guilds on every server in the game are now sitting twiddleing their thumbs waiting for the new content.

And if you release it and within 2 months 20+ guilds on every server have then cleared Ulduar and are then sitting with nothing left in the game to kill then you really are messing things up and giving people less of a reason to stick around since they have nothing left to accomplish in the game.

I was kidding. There will plenty of hardness to cater to multiple play styles.
