Can't transfer Toons all I get is ***en_batch_processing_disabled***

Seems to be an issue for all toon transfers?

Any idea When it will be fixed or If we will get extra time for Free Moves since this has happend?

Our database administrators are looking into this right now. We've seen no free character move progress within the last two hours, so it's safe to say everyone attempting to use this service is experiencing this issue. I'll provide an update as soon as one becomes available.

We’re reviewing free character move progress to Nesingwary while attempting to resolve issues with the transfer system, and will provide additional updates as soon as they are available. While we don't want to exceed our transfer goals for Nesingwary, thereby over-crowding the realm, we do want to make sure those currently experiencing this issue get a fair shot.

Hey everyone,

I just want to provide a quick update. The issues with the free character move system last night were the result of an excessive queue of folks waiting to transfer. The system will eventually stop accepting move requests if the wait time goes beyond a certain point. We have cleared out some of the backed up transfers, so if you haven't been able to get your character moved to any of the available realms, please do try again at your earliest convenience.

We're going to extend the time frame for the free move destinations that were set to close today so those of you experiencing issues while trying to move characters in the last 24 hours have another shot. We do not have an updated time for when free moves to Nesingwary, as well as from Emerald Dream, Akama, and WildHammer, will be closing.

We will attempt to provide at least 8 hours notice before shutting these moves down. Thank you all for your patience. :)
