No matter what a dps build must grab vicious strikes and the next 3 pointer to its right.
Personaly I favor having a shorter cooldown on DnD and supporting a great Death Coil damage/heals boost from Morbidity. (which is highly sought after for Deep Blood speced Dks, thanks to Sudden Doom procs and is the only RP Blood Dk''s have).
Virulence is great for thoses who are not Hit caped but its pvp counterpart "anti-curing of diseases" is a real lackluster for Pve content. I believe Virulence should be a Choice-type when it comes to spending Talent points, rather being forced into it.
The major problem is teir 2 has 3 talents that are on huge demand depending on your build. Because Teir 2 is so talent hungry, its important for dps to not spend more then we can to get deeper into the Unholy tree.
Epidemic: Helps a ton for keeping dieseas up while runes are on cooldown. (great for all specs)
Morbidity/Virulence: Now Morbitity: +5/10/15% to death coil and -5/10/15 DnD cooldown. which is most desired By both Dps and Tanks for the added damage and/or quickly refresh DnD for aggro snaps.
Was Virulence: +1/2/3% hit will spells and -10/20/30 chance to remove dieseases. This talent is to help thoses with low hit and for Pvp. However doesn't greatly for Pve content.
Unholy Command: Reduce cooldown of Deathgrip by 5/10 secs. Being honest here, its pointless for 2 talent points. Battle don't last long enough in pvp/arena's to be much useful.
Ravenous Dead: +1/2/3% str and 20/40/60% str/stam for ghoul. A must grab for a nice Str boost, and great for grabing a ghoul pet is Unholy.
Overall I feel like I am locked down / stuck with grabing Virulence can only be used for aiding low hit players and pvp. Tanks won't grab this talent at all. (I think because it does aid everything it should be a choice talent all depending on your build). Virulence is there blocking a blood Dk's way to Blood-caked Blade >>>>>>(case in Point)<<<<<<<<<
Morbidity can be used by both Dps and Tank builds/ Pve and PvP. It is usefull to everyone snice Death Coil and DnD are standard DK's skills.(This talent really is a must get talent). and having to spend 3 more points to just grab Morbidity anyway.
Please move Virulence back down to Teir 2 where all the rest of Choice-type talents belong. And keep Morbidity in Teir one snice its a force for all Dps builds.
