Deleted Character Recovery

I was wondering if it's possible to recover a deleted character? If so, can a GM PST/Mail me in-game or post here on how to do it.

While I'm unable to restore your characters for you, it's not too tough to request a restoration.

If you go in-game, there is a red question mark icon on the lower right-hand corner of your screen. You can use that icon to submit an in-game petition.

You can access the in-game knowledge base here, but that's not why you opened the interface!

There are several red buttons across the bottom of the interface; you can select 'Talk to a GM', or 'Report Issue'. If you select Talk to a GM, then a Game Master will attempt to contact you when they are able to respond to your petition. If you select Report Issue, then a Game Master will assume that you do not want to be contacted.

In either case, both petitions would go to the same 'place'. When you submit the petition, make sure that you mention the name of the character you are requesting to be restored, as well as the race, class, level and realm of that character.

Our in-game support staff will investigate, and hopefully we'll be in a position to restore the character. Please keep in mind that no restoration is ever guaranteed, but we'll do our best to help!
