Misloot Issues / GM Ticket

13 days ago I posted a ticket for a misloot from a 25-man VoA . Everyone was shocked when it happened and the master looter apologized profusely. Everyone opened tickets. I have opened several tickets since that day.

The first ticket was answered after one day and the GM said that a misloot takes three days to resolve.
The second ticket was opened after six days and the GM said that it actually takes a week to resolve.
The third ticket was opened after 10 days and the GM asked me to check to see if the item owner's ticket is still opened.
In all the tickets I clearly stated that I had just verified with the item owner that tickets remained open on two of his characters.

My questions:
1) How long does a misloot take to resolve?
2) Why does it take so long to resolve?
3) Why can't a GM tell me at which stage of resolution the issue is in?

Both myself and the current item owner are pretty disgusted with the entire situation. Having an open ticket on your screen causes all your buffs and debuffs to crawl halfway down the screen; it's very inconvenient.

Can I please just get this item transferred? Both the pace of service and the level of communication I have received from the GMs is terrible (partly because they say that they can't tell me anything regarding a ticket someone else has filled out).

Thank you.

On 12/11, the recipient of the item opened a petition regarding this issue. This player then opened a petition asking for a status update on 12/13 around 19:00 GMT; however, a few minutes after the Game Master told him not to close the petition, the petition was manually closed. As a result, the petition was removed from the escalation queue and will not be addressed until the player submits another petition.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion or delay, Arkah, but we no longer have a request in queue due to the, possibly accidental, closure of this petition.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
