If you have successfully registered for the 2009 Arena Tournament and would like to log in to the arena tournament realms, please do the following:
• Log in to the World of Warcraft account that you registered for the 2009 Arena Tournament.
• On the Realm Selection list, select the “Tournament” tab and choose the Arena Tournament realm of your choice.
• You can now create your character and log in to play with your fellow participants.
Glyphs and Runeforging
Our tournament realms have modified where you are able to apply your Glyphs and Runes.
• Glyph Vendors also serve as a Lexicons of Power, enabling a player to apply their Glyphs right where they buy them in any starting setup zone.
• Death Knight trainers also serve as Runeforges and Death Knights will be able to engrave their weapons with runes at any Death Knight trainer in the starting setup zones.
In-Game Prize Clarification
In addition to cash prizes, players will have a chance to earn the following exclusive rewards for their live play characters if they meet following criteria:
• Be eligible to participate in the 2009 Arena Tournament by meeting all of the eligibility requirements stated in the rules (including having an account in good standing and residing in a country or territory that allows participation)
• Participating in at least 200 rated tournament games on one character and with the same team by the end of the rated portion of the online qualifier. This period spans the final four weeks of the qualification round after the 2 week practice period. Games played during the practice period do not count towards the game total needed to qualify for prizes.
• Players meeting the above criteria will be eligible for the Armored Murloc pet for their live characters.
• Players who have met the above criteria and are also a member of one of the top 1000 teams at the end of the online qualifier will receive the “Vanquisher” title for their live characters level 71 and over. (The top 1000 teams for the “Vanquisher” title only applies for the US and EU regions)
• All prizes will be distributed to the eligible accounts some time after the online qualifier ends.
Registration Close Date
