"Qu'est-ce c'est?" literally means "What is this?".
"Qu'est-ce que c'est?" is used in the song. Which translates literally to: "What this is?"; which... well, is an odd question...
"Qu'est-ce que c'est que ça?" would then mean: "What this is that that?" ^_^
