Patch 6.0.1 blasted lands quest vendor

I swear I read somewhere that in one of the hot fixes, blizz was putting in a vendor for the quest rewards in case the items got destroyed. Going through the patch notes however, I cant seem to find where this was said. Anyone know where the vendor is?

We converted the vendor into a quest reward vendor in 6.0.3.

World Event: Iron Horde Incursion (See 6.0.3 Patch Notes tab)

Characters that have completed the Iron Horde Incursion event can now visit a vendor near their faction's respective beachhead to purchase replacement quest rewards.
