Terms of Use Violation - Economy Exploitation

Hello and good day to everyone.

Last night I got a call from my friend. He told me that his account (which is linked to mine) was banned for "Economy Exploitation". Earlier that day, he had mailed me 484 gold he owed me from a long time ago. He said the "Exconomy Exploitation" probably because of that, although it is completely absurd.
So I tried logging in with my new reset password (provided by Blizzard for some reason), and I was banned too.

They e-mailed me my "Final Warning":

Account Name: ******
Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation - Economy Exploitation

After a thorough investigation, we have found that a player of the account listed above participated in activities designed to gain an unfair advantage in the World of Warcraft economy.

I did not do ANYTHING AT ALL that was exploiting the economy, not anything. My friend recruited me as a friend (in-game) and we leveled to 60 fairly quickly. At 60, he sent me 484 gold with his main character "Paladinboy - Eldre'Thalas" to the Paladin I had leveled to 60, together with his Warlock. My paladin was "Logangood - Eldre'Thalas" and his Warlock as "Lollock - Eldre'Thalas". I don't know if that was the reason.

That was the only thing that we did that had to do with the economy, but there is NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, AT ALL! I did not do anything else, and there is nothing wrong with my friend sending me 484 gold. It's not fair that both of our accounts are under a "Final Warning" because of something we didn't do. This is just sad for me, I was really glad I created a fresh new account.

I already mailed WoWAccountAdmin@Blizzard.com, but I need help here. Please, help me.

EDIT = Posting on my brother's account character.

Hey, so they can't delete this "Final Warning"? It is so not fair! Please help!

You have been helped, Odysey, the other posters have given you their advice. As Bethra said, the Game Master Department is unable to review or overturn such actions. The only place to appeal this decision is our Account Administration Department.

They will review your case, if they can verify that the account was compromised at the time they may be able to overturn the penalties on the account. If they verify that an error may have been made with the suspension, they will overturn the actions.

You may want to review the following Support Article, that explains covers some activities that can get an account in trouble because I can assure you that the account was not suspended for sending or receiving gold.

http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20221

You will be contacted at the end of that investigation.
